Groups may include children of different ages, so being able to adjust your approach is important. For groups larger than 6 children, additional staff support will be provided.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is enthusiastic, playful and comfortable around children.
• Can independently lead and manage a small group.
• Speaks English confidently – this is essential, as the program is for international children.
• Speaking some Papiamentu and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Is confident explaining and facilitating activities.
• Takes initiative and notices when children need a new challenge, some help or a change of pace.
• Is responsible, reliable and organized.
• Enjoys learning through play and believes children learn best by doing, exploring and discovering for themselves.
• Has experience working with children; experience in education, childcare, camps or children’s activities.

When?
This is an on-call position with a guaranteed first assignment from November 9 through December 8, 2026.

Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

After this first period, there may be opportunities to work during future program cohorts from January onwards.
