Exhibit Zones
Children’s Museum Curaçao features both indoor and outdoor exhibit zones and programs for children from 1 to the age of 10 years. The museum also offers various special programs and events throughout the year.
Every exhibit zone and program in the museum is dedicated to interactive, play-based educational experiences designed especially for young children. The museum invites children to:
- examine cause and effect
- take risks
- ask questions
- explore nature
- create their own masterpieces
- connect with other children
- interpret and represent their world through play and creative expression
- learn about themselves and the world around them.
Exhibit zones incorporate experiences that connect to nature, language, community & culture, the arts, psychical development, spatial awareness, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

HUNTU PLAYGROUND
The Huntu Playground is the first and only inclusive playground in Curaçao. It is located in the backyard of the Children’s Museum. The playground features six different activities, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy. A place where all children, with or without disabilities can play together.


Zipline
A highlight of Huntu is the 50’ inclusive zip line. One side has a secure bucket seat for kids with limited core strength, while the other offers a more adventurous ride.

Chill Area
The chill area is a peaceful retreat for anyone who needs a quiet space to relax and recharge.

Noodle Mondi
Noodle Mondi is an adventure path with an exciting, accessible to all disabilities and ages. The pergola has over a hundred hanging foam pool noodles that you can push your way through.

Spin City
Children learn to interact together in this exhibit – some are spinning around for a ride, others are pushing their peers from the outside, and all are enjoying themselves.

Roll Away
Under the lush Tamarinda tree, the Roller Table offers a fast, fun ride while providing sensory stimulation through deep muscle pressure from steel rollers

Splash It!
Children love to watch the water flow down the sluice way or objects that float down with the movement of water.
